Comprehensive Benefits
Health Insurance: Partnering with Centivo, Sendik’s offers a dual choice health option to cover health care expenses. Premiums are shared by the associate and Sendik’s.
1.) Partnership Plan is copay based health plan focused on establishing a Primary Care Provider (PCP) through a narrower network of providers.
2.) HPS Deductible Plan is a high deductible health plan that offers access to a broader network of providers.
Voluntary Dental: Through Delta Dental, a leading provider of dental coverage in Wisconsin, the dental plan provides associates with a very comprehensive listing of dentists and plan choices. Associates pay all premiums through payroll deductions.
Voluntary Vision: Sendik’s partners with National Vision Administrators, a quality vision provider that partners with a large number of vision retailers throughout Wisconsin. Associate pay all premiums through payroll deductions.

Through EmployeeConnect, associates have access to professional care for a variety of personal issues, such as stress, depression, relationship or dependency issues. You can receive free, confidential counseling via telephone or face-to-face. This is a company-provided benefit at no cost to associates.
